We believe in transparency, and our billing system reflects that. Domestic customers are billed monthly based on their water usage, with the first 5 units charged at 500 KES and additional units at 100 KES each. Bills are generated from manual meter readings and sent to clients via SMS and email.
Clients who fail to pay their bills within 14 days of the invoice will face service suspension. Disconnection notices are sent in advance, and reconnection is possible after full payment of outstanding bills and applicable fees.
If your account has been deactivated, reconnection is fast and easy once outstanding balances and a reconnection fee are paid. Our team processes reconnections within 24 hours after payment.
